- Email address — only if you voluntarily sign up on our email list.
- Basic analytics — page views and general traffic patterns (no personally identifiable information).
We don't collect your name, location, phone number, or payment information. We're a music site, not a data company.
2. How We Use It
Your email is used for one thing: sending you music updates, new release announcements, and related news from His Mighty Power. That's it. We don't use it for advertising, we don't profile you, and we don't sell it.
3. Third Parties We Work With

- Streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music) — when you click through to stream, you're on their platform under their terms. We don't receive any data from those sessions.
4. Cookies
We use only functional cookies (for the site to work properly) and basic analytics cookies from Cloudflare. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We don't run retargeting pixels.
5. Your Rights
- Unsubscribe anytime — reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us, and we'll remove you immediately.
- Request deletion — email will@hismightypower.com and ask us to delete your data. We will.
- Ask questions — same address. We're a small team; you'll get a human response.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no internet transmission is 100% secure. If something goes wrong, we'll tell you.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top. No tricks, no buried changes.
